It's grim up north! . . . unless your just passing through.

A return to 433 saw starts for Jim O'Brien and Enzio Boldewijn with Rodrigues and Sam dropping to the bench.

Both Wootton and Boldewijn missed great chances early on that would have seen Notts take a commanding lead within the first 4 minutes, but it wasn't to be and decent chances were difficult to come by for both sides until Boreham Wood centre half Fyfield had time pick his spot under a challenge from a miss matched Kelly-Evans to head the only goal of the game on 71 minutes.

Reeves and Brindley tried their luck from distance late on but to no avail and the team from Hertfordshire found themselves heading back down the M1 with 6 points in the bag following a very successful few days 'Up North'.

Onto the numbers starting as usual with the key match stats.

Neal Ardley's record updated:

No game this weekend at Yeovil due to a covid infection within the Glovers ranks so we look ahead to an interesting home tie with in-form Stockport County at Meadow Lane on Tuesday night in front of the BT Sport cameras.

Until then . . .
