Another great performance but an inability to deal with crosses comes back to haunt us and based on the states it was definitely a case of two points lost.

Match stats below and despite the possession, chances, corners and attacks it was honours shared.

Progress updated. We drop a place to 6th which looking at the logarithmic trend line has pretty much been Notts' default position this season.

It looks like Notts tend to hang onto half time points better at home but maybe tend to gain points later in games when playing away.

Preview | Wrexham (a) | Vanarama National League | 19:00

Tuesday 18th May 2021 | Rececourse Ground

A draw would probably suit both clubs, I'd certainly take a point!

Current form radar below and Wrexham definitely have the edge on recent form and should fancy their chances as the home team.

It was Notts who came out on top at Meadow Lane in front of the BT Sport cameras just a few weeks ago and they will be hoping for much of the same tonight.

There's very little to separate the teams at the bookies. As it stands you're looking at circa 8/5 for a Notts win, 15/8 for a Wrexham win and 9/4 for the draw.

Based on these odds Notts have a 42% chance of winning and Wrexham a 38% chance of bagging the three points.

A win for either team would mean they put a marker down for 5th place and a home tie in the first round of play off games. A draw and 5th or 6th still remains a distinct possibility.

A defeat for Notts and it's likely wins at home to Weymouth and away at Bromley will be needed to secure any kind of play off place.
