Back to the league on what is likely to be a wet, cold and windy night in the north west. Fylde will be looking to avenge the 2-0 defeat suffered at Meadow Lane in September. Notts will be looking to continue their current unbeaten run.

Fylde currently sit 4th from bottom of the league on 30 points having not won a league game since a 1-0 win at Wrexham back in November. However a spirited performance in the FA Cup at Sheffield Utd and a convincing win in the Trophy against NL North side Southport will no doubt help to build up their confidence before Tuesday nights clash with the Magpies.

They currently sit 22nd out of 24 in the last 6 games league form table.

PL 6 | W 0 | D 3 | L 3 | GF 3 | GA 8 | PTS 3

By comparison Notts currently sit 3rd in the last 6 league form table and are now unbeaten in 8 games in all competitions.

PL 6 | W 4 | D 2 | L 0 | GF 11 | GA 4 | PTS 14

There is no other league fixture so the result will have no immediate impact on league position for Notts who sit 4 points behind Bromley in 4th place. However, a defeat would be seen as failing to capatalise on the game in hand over the clubs above whilst opening the door for Solihull and Boreham Wood, both of which have games in hand over Notts and are just one point behind.

Currently nothing to chose between both clubs with the bookies, circa 8/5 for the win home or away. Best odds on a draw at 5/2, or you can get 9/1 with some on a goaless draw.

In conclusion a score draw does seem the likely outcome, however with conditions set to be very wet and windy it does increase the likelihood of something unexpected happening.
