Another struggle but for once one that inflicted the kind of performance and result Notts have succumbed to on several occasions this season.

Expected goals and Notts second best in xG for the 4th time in 5 matches. What should be considered is that there is no xG value given for the own goal. Also worth noting a few big chances for Dagenham but also credit to Vitezslav Jaros who made some very good saves.

The fixture's don't get any easier with Boreham Wood the visitors tonight (Tue 22 Mar).
The Wood are having a bit of wobble and including the loss at Everton in the FA Cup have won just 1 game in the last 8, recording their last league win at home to Eastleigh on the 26th February.
Threats will come from Scott Boden and Tyrone Marsh up front with attacking midfielder Josh Rees also one to keep an eye on.
One thing that is clearly a strong point for the Wood is their defensive record, however Jamal Fyfield, Jacob Mendy and Will Evans also pose a physical threat at set pieces.
With 11 games to go Notts really need to get a decent run going, let's hope that the win at Dagenham was the start of one and they continue in the same vein tonight . .
